11月7日，美国MIT斯隆管理学院Jake Cohen造访中国上海复旦大学，交流麻省理工大学的发展现状，并分享了麻省理工学院在金融工程、慕课在线教育、以及大数据等方面的最新前沿发展。复旦大学管理学院陆雄文院长带领校友们进行了热情接待与实时分享。上海复兰科技CEO希瑞Siri作为校友代表，进行了有关大数据的行业信息交流，以及创业分享和发言。

“Personally I got fantastic entrepreneurship training with the coach of MIT professors, also influenced by MIT campus culture. In the future we’d like to collaborate with MIT to develop big data cloud technology. As we know, MIT’s research in big data is far ahead. It covers medical, financial, social community, information security, of course education included. The era of big data brings good time for education theory innovation reform. It also enhances the technology involved in education. For instance, “Flipped Classroom”, which is popular among the world, demonstrates the best teaching model achieved by big data. A series of teaching behaviors in the course of the class, also before after class, helps teachers to forecast the future teaching way, including the control of the learning model in class, the steps of complex knowledge learning.”

“从个人来讲，MIT的文化和教授们的培养，给我带来了真正的创业者思维，将来也必将和MIT加大在大数据和云计算方面的合作。我们了解到，目前麻省理工在大数据方面的研究遥遥领先，所涉及的领域包括了医疗、金融、社交、信息安全，当然也包括教育。大数据时代的到来，给教育理论创新和教育教学变革提供了前所未有的大好机遇, 能够更好地推动技术与教育的深度融合。例如现在全球流行的“翻转课堂”，无疑也是大数据技术支撑下所能实现的最好的教学模式。从课前、课中、课后的一系列教学行为轨迹，从而做到对于未来的预判，包括课堂教学的把控，以及探究型学习的引入。这一切，都让我们看到了技术对于教育变革所起到的决定性力量。”

“now looking back to the several years that Fulaan Technology develops, I’d like to share deliver some points here today. Firstly, if you want to be an entrepreneur, the first thing is to choose the right industry to enter. Then pls DO choose the thing that you really love with the commitment for your whole life. Otherwise, the difficulties, the obstacles, the sufferings on the way of entrepreneurship will kill you anytime. Secondly, keeping healthy is the most foundamental stuff on your daily agenda. Since the endless meetings, exhausting negotiations & huge pressure, will definitely hurt your body. But all in all, I still feel myself so lucky to live in China in this era, coz all my dreams have got realized! For instances, when I was young, I had a dream to experience the different western culture but I don’t have enough money, then my Alma Mater, Fudan University, gave me large amounts of scholarships to study live in the United States. Afterwards, with my many years of working experiences in the world fortune 500 companies, I planned to start my own business brand. Then this country’s prime minister DID released policies to support the public entrepreneurship domestic innovation. what’s more, when I become parent want to have more babies, then this country is really implementing release two children policy. That’s really amazing! “

“如今回首复兰科技这些年的发展，我可以与校友们分享几点小心得。首先，如果你想成为一名企业家，第一件事就是要选择一个正确的行业去进入。那么请务必选择你内心深深热爱的那个事业，为它你愿终生承诺去追寻。否则，在创业的道路上，数不尽的困难、障碍和痛苦，将会随时摧毁你。其次，加强锻炼保持健康必须成为你每日工作任务安排的基础，因为创业者们数不尽的会议、令人殚精竭虑的谈判、以及巨大的工作压力，也会随时在伤害着你们的健康。总而言之，我仍然认为自己是生活在一个如此幸运的中国时代。因为我所有的梦想都在逐一实现。举个例子，当我很小的时候，我梦想着去异国他乡体验独特的西方文化，但是我并没有足够的资本，然而我的母校，复旦大学，给了我丰富的奖学金让我可以在美国进修留学和生活。而在那之后，当我带着若干年世界500强企业的工作经验，梦想着能够拥有自己的企业和品牌，这个时候，中国的总理，便开始推行大量国策来支持大众创业、万众创新。当然，更重要的是，当我们开始为人父母，想要多生几个孩子时，这个国家也恰恰开始开放二胎政策。这一切都足以令人惊讶和欣喜!”
